New Zealand rugby league international Nita Maynard has reportedly become the first NRLW player to be charged over an off-field incident.
Maynard has featured for the Sydney Roosters in the women s NRL competition as well as New South Wales in State of Origin and represented the Māori All Stars earlier this year.
AAP reports the 28-year-old has been charged after allegedly assaulting two security guards at a Sydney pub. She was arrested after being asked to leave the Northies hotel in Cronulla on Friday.
Data affecting more than 500 million Facebook users that were originally leaked in 2019, including email addresses and phone numbers, has been posted on an online hackers forum, according to media reports and a cybercrime expert.

OPINION:
The world is a mess. In this throwaway society humanity seems intent on cluttering the world with junk. In recent international news one of the world s biggest container ships, the 220,000 tonne Ever Given ran aground across the Suez canal, blocking all marine traffic. History repeats itself obviously.
In 1967 hostilities, labelled the Six-Day War, broke out between Egypt and Israel. Egypt scuttled ships, a bridge, sea mines and other assorted paraphernalia in and across the Suez Canal blocking it to shipping. Fifteen international cargo vessels were trapped in those waters, in the Great Bitter Lake and Lake Timsah for eight years between 1967 and 1975 while the adversaries wrestled for supremacy.
